  • Ensuring technical operation and security of the website
  • Compliance with legal obligations and enforcement of legal claims

4. Legal Basis (Switzerland)

Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Depending on the case, processing is based on your consent, pre-contractual measures or contract performance, overriding private or public interests, or legal obligations.

5. Online Forms and Uploads

When you use our online inquiry form, we process your input and any uploaded files to assess your project and prepare a quote. Please upload only documents that are necessary for your request.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

We only disclose personal data where required to provide our services, where we are legally obliged to do so, or where you have given your consent. Recipients may include IT/hosting providers, communication service providers, or commissioned specialist partners.

10. Cookies, Analytics and Marketing

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Technically necessary cookies are required for operation (e.g. language, security, form flow) and are always active. In addition, we use analytics and marketing services provided by Google. These are active by default; you can disable or adjust non-essential cookies at any time via the cookie settings (button at the bottom left of the website).

We use Google Consent Mode v2: your choice in the cookie settings controls whether analytics and marketing cookies may be set.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager (container ID: GTM-WTL6G9FJ) to manage the tags used on this site. The Tag Manager itself does not store personal data in cookies; it controls the triggering of downstream services in line with your choice.

Google Analytics 4

For anonymized reach and usage analysis we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-BFPHMH0EM8). This processes usage data (e.g. pages visited, approximate location, device/browser). Your IP address is truncated by Google and not stored permanently. The evaluation is carried out in aggregate to improve content and user experience.

Google Ads

We use Google Ads (conversion ID: AW-18231831968) to measure the success of our advertising (conversion tracking) and, where applicable, for remarketing. This may record whether you perform a certain action (e.g. an inquiry) after clicking an ad, helping us assess the relevance and cost-effectiveness of our ads.

Provider, data transfer and withdrawal

The provider of the above services is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (parent company: Google LLC, USA). Data may be transferred to the USA (see section 7). The legal basis is your consent where consent is required; otherwise our overriding interest in an economically efficient and needs-based website (Art. 31 FADP).

You can withdraw or adjust your choice at any time via the cookie settings. Further opt-out options: the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) and Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com). For information on data protection at Google: policies.google.com/privacy.
